DILIP AHIWALE, who is a graduate in Science and Law, is a well experienced retired senior most Examiner of Documents from the State C.I.D. Maharashtra State.

He has examined more than 3 Lac of documents including many sensitive cases, murder & suicide cases, MCOCA, Anti-naxalite and Anti-corruption cases as well as various complicated cases of Economic Offence wing and civil cases for which he has provided conclusive expert opinions there on. Moreover, he has appeared as the expert witness in various courts and has given expert evidences in more than 1000 cases. His expert opinions and expert testimony have been accepted in most of the courts.

With his sound scientific intellectual knowledge and experience in the field of Document Examination and in view to utilize it in the public interest to enable them to get natural justice in document cases, practicing as consultant Forensic Examiner of Documents and forgery and provided expert reports / opinions to various courts, advocates & solicitors, corporate & individuals and also appeared as the expert witness.

The requirements under section 45 of Indian Evidence Act to give Expert opinion and Evidence witness is fulfilled by him.
